Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every Crown & Carat piece you own. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

 

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and pouches must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email Support@crowncarat.online within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return

  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and an address

  3. Ship the item back using a tracked, insured method (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

 

Exchanges

Need a different length or style? We're happy to exchange any unworn piece within 14 days. Email us and we'll walk you through it.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Refund Timing

Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
