Tracking Your Order

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Crown & Carat is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but reported missing. If your tracking shows delivered and you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us within 7 days so we can help investigate.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute or refund orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly.
